Lose weight without being hungry

I lost 15 pounds over three months without ever feeling that I was depriving myself food. Brittany sat with me and listened to my battles with dieting and customized a meal plan that would work for me. She helped me with a shopping list and produced a meal plan where I am eating six times per day. Every few hours when I get hungry, I eat. The best part is that I am losing weight without starving myself and feel good about making the right food choices. I never thought it would be so easy to lose weight. Thank you Brittany for helping me make the changes I always wanted to make but could never implement on my own.
